Amarylis has been a member of the Mac’s team since 2007 and has proven to be a vital part of Mac’s business strategy.  With extensive education and construction experience, Amarylis is a consummate professional and is able to consistently carry out the requirements of her position. Amarylis is Mac’s direct link to ensuring management, project managers, and the accounting group have accurate, up to date information required to administer the contract throughout the construction and completion of a project.  Amarylis lives in Hattiesburg with her husband, Skip.

Jima joined the Mac’s team in 2015 and currently serves as the director of the human resources department.  With 25 years of experience in clerical procedures and financial reporting, she possesses a wide range of skills that allow her to perform her duties with a high degree of efficiency.  Jima is a vital link between the office and the field, management and job superintendents rely on her to ensure all employees and the company are compliant with local, state, and federal regulations.  Jima lives in Petal with her son, Loghan, and her dog, Ziggy.
